What is Deluxe Central?

We are a Finland-based resale business focused exclusively on pre-owned authentic designer clothing, shoes, and accessories, offered at competitive prices based on current market value. Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy shopping experience for our customers.

 

Where does price come to item?

We source pre-owned designer items from private individuals as well as from our own customers who no longer use them. Each item is carefully inspected, accurately photographed, and evaluated before being listed for sale.

Prices are determined based on the brand, condition, and current market demand. To ensure full transparency, every product listing includes detailed photographs of the item’s condition, including close-up images of labels and care tags when applicable. Our aim is to offer fair pricing while ensuring value and confidence for our customers.

 

Can you source items upon request? 

Yes. If you are looking for a specific item, you are welcome to contact us via Instagram or email. We are happy to try to source the item for you when possible.

How can you trust us?

Authenticity is at the core of everything we do. All items sold by Deluxe Central are guaranteed to be authentic and are carefully inspected before being listed for sale, with close attention to materials, branding details, labels, and overall construction.

We also offer a Money-Back Guarantee of Authenticity, meaning that if an item is ever proven not to be authentic, the customer is entitled to a full refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.

For customers who want additional verification, we offer the option to purchase a Certificate of Authenticity issued by an independent authentication service, Authentic Detective, for an additional €10. This certificate can be requested after placing an order by contacting us.

Shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible within Finland, Europe, and internationally. All shipments are sent using reliable and trackable shipping methods.
